Signal Person

An OSHA-Compliant Training Class for Signal Person. I-CAB Recognized. A complete safety training course mobile crane signalers (designed for those who have already taken rigger training or only need their signaler certification; if you need both rigger and signaler, take our rigger and signal person class). This signaler class covers an introduction to training requirements and mobile crane types; a section on crane considerations, including stability and safe operating principles; a section on communication and signals (both verbal and hand signals); and lastly a section on the most basic hazards associated with crane operations. Quiz questions along the way prepare the trainee for the final written examination. The online course meets the OSHA requirements for the classroom portion for signal persons. This course also includes practical exam guides for employers to use, as needed, to observe their signalers.
